Medieval II Total War Turkish Chronicles 30 Tour and Assasination

Today, I can only give you a small tour of the campaign overall so that you guys know vaguely what kind of empire I have. And two battle assassination. (That’s also the action I had lately on that front). The Mongols are now very weak and it's just a question of time before they are destroy.

The Year is 1312 the turn showed are 115 to 117.

If you have questioned feel free to ask. =)

Which one of all your Chronicles episodes do you think is your best? Also, what is your favorite non-Total War game?

Anonymous said...

lol the enemy general ran straight in to your cavalry.

nice videos dude. what faction do you think you'll record after you finish up this one

Hmmm, what is my favorite episode... Hard to say, I like the "Hamburger hill" 4 video battles of the "original" Campaign chronicles, with Carthage. I like those because they were 4 battle in a row during the same turn where Greek Sent 4 armies against one of my army. (you can see those on my 21 January post. is the "huge" list of 27 video.

You can also see me play other game on that post and many of my favorite videos.

As for my favorite game. I would say Rainbow six 1. Then Probably Halo. The Ghost Recon 1. Master of Orion II. stuff like that =)
I'm a kind of first person shooter player, but I also like all kind of game.

Ok, what is the next faction?
Hmmm, well i don't know, I currently wonder if I will make an other next. Watching me playing must become repetitive and I must admit It's getting harder and harder to find new contend to say about my strategy and objective, since I have been doing that for 4 month! So, I will see when I will finish the mongols war, what I will do.

Have you ever played the game Imperial Glory? The controls are a little irritating, but it really is fun. Its battles are also very cinematic, which would be a very good thing if someone were to make videos with them(hint, hint).

Attila said...

hehe, yeah i know a little of imperial glory, as you say the control are irritating.
I tryed the demo a long time ago and it didn't convinced me.

I don't what will be my next game but if you guys have proposition they are welcome =)

well the solution to the repetetiveness of ur videos is simple, just go totally aginst ur main strategy, splash out and use a whole new starategy, for example, if you play defesivley, try playing on the attack and visa versa. just do the opposite. it doesnt matter if u lose some battles, just something different.

Attila said...

hehe, yeah that would be an idea, but the main challenge is to switch mind set and try to forget about the experience i have from that game.

The thing is that my strategy work... so if it ain't broken why fix it...

Since I'm lazy It would be hard to find new way to gain victory...

I love your chronicles Attila!
you play with hard difficulty and you're still that good...

May I suggest that you would play next campaign with Russia or England?

And what is your Favourite faction, i would like to know?

Attila said...

Happy you enjoy them =)

I don't know what will be the next faction if there is a future chronicles

My favorite faction is probably byzantine because they are challenging to play with

wait are u going to stop your video posting, or are you going to do something else?

Well I had been posting videos for 5 or 6 months now. Every day.

That's "crazy"

If you consider every video take me around 1 hours to 2 hours to publish, I have 403 video. so lets say it took me "around" 700 hours of work, in 6 months.

My work was saw around 600 000 time.

I gave a huge amount of knowledge that base on feedback were very useful to many people and served many people well in battle and made them better player.

But then you ask yourself, well what do I gain from this investment.

Anyway, creative assembly today launched a blog that show a campaign in screen shot as a kind of guide. (sound familiar?) and the guy that do it is probably pay for it.

So, I don't believe I will or can sustain this anymore by myself.

maybe you must ask CA for a campaign chr. job :D

Attila said...

yeah maybe, but i'm getting a little tired of medieval... it's too easy...

Attila said...

Also the concept of job also bring editorial limitation.

Well Attila, if you really have to go, I'm sure I speak for all of us when I tell you how much we appreciate your work. Your videos were both entertaining and helpful, and you have given good advise to many, helping in finding and playing some really good games. Happy late birthday, Attila, and best wishes.

Will you still answer comments and questions on the blog?

Attila said...

Well happy it helped =)

I probably will put some video more videos here for a couple of days. I still have some in reserve and then I will move into a more diversify blog that I will announce soon (still working on it). It will speak about all kind of game instead of total war specific. And I plan to make it a little more participative.

If you guys have stuff to say about games, review and stuff like that feel free to tell me =)

I plan to continue answering comment here, and on my "future" blog, and site. since it's not that challenging to be reactive instead of productive.

When the "final" episode will be released It will be follow by a post explaining what is my next move for those interested

I also must say that my 3d card died today after serving me well and hard for many months. The cause is probably over recording.

I'm currently puzzle by what to do with that.

As you can see, it doesn't get boring for me those days.

For your next faction i say you try someone really challengling. Not england, to easy. Maybe Milan or Russia would be cool.

So just do someone really interesting!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Attila, Your site has been very helpful in this game. Since it is the first RTS game I have ever owned. (FPS GAMER) I always thought that these games were kinda stupid watching people play them. But after looking over your blog and actually buying the game. It is quite fun. Soon I will be good and perhaps challenge you to a skirmish.

Attila said...

hehe, yoeed I know that's the main reason why I won't bother asking anything from CA. And I'm sure they would not pay because I'm far from perfect. And I must admit I like not having to be perfect.
