Medieval II Total War Turkish Chronicles 11 Turn 43-44

After killing the polish army I'm able to capture the Polish fort without resistance. From That point I decided to make my north army a kind of raiding army to pillage every thing on the path.
On the East I advance on Neutral, both on Baghdad and Russian neutral part. Near Venetian territory I get ready to engage hostility against them.

The Egyptian front reaches an end with this battle

In this battle I divide my to surround the enemies and attack them in sandwich from both side. Food always inspire good tactic, be careful next time you eat ;)
So after killing a first general I engage my force to kill the second one that won against me one time and as you can see he still put up a good fight and get kill by an arrow. After his death, the rest is just some hunting of infantry that can't do anything against my archer cavalry.

Dear Attila: Just to know:
What do you do with the soldiers of the enemy you capture, you execute, ransom or release them???
And what about the cities??
And one more thing:
Which enemy was the most difficult to destroy in the entire game for you???
Thank you.
Merci.Á Bientôt.

I alway execute the enemy soldier. The reason is simple, I don't want them to fight me an other day. So better take care of them for good.

As for "cities" I most of the time pillage them, or execute them if the city is from an other religion or has too much population.
As for fort, pillage does the job.

The most difficult enemy to destroy was Mongols and Timurid. I did made them flee from the map 3 time, but seem it never destroyed them... so no idea if they are actually destroyable. So the war against they is not that challenging, it's just long and bugged with huge lag.
The fact that they have absurdly boosted armies also doesn't help. So the best way to win is by actually losing some ground and assassinate enemies 9 star generals on the way, It's just not fun to do. But seem that what every one want me to show...

Hey attila another question :D, is there still a difference between catholic and orthodox church in this game?

yzdCher Attila : J'ai besoin de votre conseil : Je joue avec les Egyptiens et je dois savoir : Comment est-ce que je défais une croisade ? ? Merci.

Attila said...

yeah both church are different, so you will have to convert the other when you conquer them. The orthodoxes really lack any advantage in the game... they should have some kind of crusade thing, even if that's not historical...

Salut Luc.

For those that wonder what I told Luc,
he asked, How do you win against Crusader.

Well the answer is that you block the passage near Constantinople, if that doesn't work. Well you let the crusader take the target they want. So they won't be crusader anymore and you will be able to counter attack them and take back the city very fast.

hello, i TOTALLY destroyed both the mongol and timurid factions, as well as the pope (needed to kill him about 7 times all over the place) on HARD mode, with limited build capacity as ENGLAND, took the whole map but the western overseas area, they ll be available in about 100 years..actually the mongols are easiest faction to destroy.i might explain how i did it but use your brains, its really funny hoating them. they were defeated near kiev in 9x.the timurids never left the eastern turkisch mountains alive, they were defeated east of aleppo in 11 massive battles.bit harder then mongols but mainly using anti-mongol tactic.papal STATES cant be destroyed but u can destroy the pope every time over again until there are no cardinals left and eventually no catholic factions. So papal inquisitors always stay to kill the heretics for you as long as u got jerusalem, constantinople etc. funny building the ultimate trained army to go after the aztec gold soon. swordmen guilds, armor factories etc train my 200 000 men army and still making 10000 profit every round at with a 300 000 florins economy. play with capital city switch, taxes and extreme amounts of merchants.my top ten merchants all make about 1000 florins each, every turn, and many in europe make about 400.always execute all inhabitants and soldiers since u want to conquer more ASAP.ONLY when u use a raiding army to looth a few cities over and over again u must sack them for maximum prize since u gonna leave it on purpose, so u can looth them again.the key to do that and conquer fast is winning your battles big time over and over again. how to do that? use brains, thats the hard part.
