Medieval II Total War Turkish Chronicles 26 Begining of the End

This is an other siege defense, not much to add about the tactic, except that i lost a lot of soldier because of friendly fire but not really a problem, i will cost me less upkeep.

After this victory, the Mongols lost all strong army of on the far east. So I will lead my armies to take back the 2 fort on the East

Hey, Attila, fantastic job. I've been watching your vids since the Sicilian Chronicles, and they are the best I've seen in the genre. One question though; why do you never advance to gunpowder? It has a devastating moral effect, and a battery of cannon pouring fire into an advancing enemy is a beautiful thing to behold. The muskets are quite good too.

hehe, i will have gunpowder, it's just that I don't had time to developpe it yet, it' still very "early" in the game. My most advanced artillery foundry just produce very basic bombard for the moment. So just give my city time to develop. =)

Then the bullet will fly ;)

Bombards are very inaccurate compared to normal catapults. They will never hit right in the middle of a huge mob of enemies, they just miss. Same thing with trebuchets. The only good cannons are probably monster ribaults/Monster bombard/culverin/basilisk and the Rocket Launcher...

I don't know much about how serpentines, monster bombards,or monster ribault kill enemies, but I think they'll do it efficiently.

Trebuchets are worthless >:(
but catapults and ballistas are super accurate, and thats why they are so good.

But, Attila please use some janissary musketeers/archers quickly, they seem nice, I wanna know how they fare against mongols.

And get some monster bombards. Yay we're bowling...
