Rome Total War German Chronicles 11 The Dacian Front

In this episode, I get engaged by Dacians trying to lift a siege. As you may have noticed I engaged the first army as fast as I could. When you fight multiple armies it is important to route the first one fast so that you can engage the second with a good battle order. Dacians are not a strong faction so that battle was easy to win but still it could have been dangerous. The Forest also created a new challenge when it comes to battle. It forces you to view the battlefield from a low point of view, reducing your perception of the situation. So it might be cleaver to concentrate your force in a compact formation that can be easier to control and defend against flanking enemies.
